On Self-serve, posts and review replies are drafts you copy into Google. Nothing reaches your profile until you paste it there. On Done-for-you, we write your posts and review replies and post them ourselves, by hand, through the Manager access you give us.

When checkout opens: you pay, then fill in a short written form.

We email you a link to create your account. The form takes your business details and walks you through giving us Manager access on your Google profile, one step at a time. There is nothing to schedule. We start once access is confirmed.

What is the difference between Self-serve and Done-for-you?

The tools are the same. What changes is who does the work. On Self-serve you use the tools yourself and we draft, check and report. On Done-for-you we do it for you, and the founder reviews every new account before anything goes live.

What does per location mean?

Each plan price is per location, per month. A second location is a second unit on the same subscription at full price, with no volume discount. The $299 setup is charged once per subscription, however many locations you have.

Do you post to my Google profile for me?

On Done-for-you, yes, by hand: we write your posts and review replies and post them ourselves through the Manager access you give us. On Self-serve, they are drafts you copy into Google. Publishing straight to your profile needs Google to approve our Business Profile access, and we will not promise it before then.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to Google on your own card. Ad spend is separate from our fee, and we never front it.

What does the setup fee cover?

Done-for-you only, charged once per subscription. It covers a review of your Google accounts, the first version of your website content, and the founder’s review before anything goes live. A setup fee can be refunded only if you cancel in the first two days after enrolling, before work has begun. Self-serve has no setup fee. It has a 14-day free trial when it opens.

How long does ad setup take on Done-for-you Local + Ads?

We submit your ads to Google within three business days of you finishing onboarding. Google reviews them on its own timeline.

Will it work with my existing Google accounts?

Yes. You keep ownership of every account and give us manager access. If anything is broken we flag it during onboarding.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Every plan is month to month, with no long-term contract. You can cancel from your dashboard, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Monthly fees already billed are not refunded. The Terms set out the notice and refund rules in full.
