  1. Day 0

    You pay on Stripe, then create your login.

    Use the same email you paid with. We email you the link.

  2. Right after you log in

    You fill in a short written form.

    Your business name, industry, city and state, your website if you have one, and your Google Business Profile if you have one.

  3. When you are ready

    You add us as a manager.

    Written steps for your Business Profile, your Search Console and, on Local + Ads, your Google Ads. You invite us from your own Google settings, you keep ownership and you share no password.

  4. After access is confirmed

    The founder reviews your account, then we start.

    If something is broken in your accounts, we tell you what and fix it. Your posts, replies and pages begin after that.

Is this right for my business?

If customers find you by searching Google, yes: service businesses, salons, restaurants, retail, clinics, laundromats and more. If your customers never search for you, this is not the right tool.

What do I get each month?

On Done-for-you, we write your posts and review replies and post them ourselves, by hand, through the Manager access you give us. Two new pages, a check of whether AI assistants name you with fixes for what we find, and a short note on what we did. On Local + Ads, also weekly checks on your campaign and monthly keyword tuning.

Who does the work?

On Done-for-you, we do. The founder reviews every new account before anything goes live. Self-serve, opening soon, uses the same tools with you doing the work: we draft, check and report.

What do you need from me?

A short written form after you pay, and manager access to your Google accounts, from written steps. After that, replies to our written questions when we have them. There is no meeting.

Is giving you access safe?

We send written steps. You invite our account as a manager from your own Google settings. You keep ownership of every account, you share no password, and you can remove us at any time.

Who pays for the ads?

You do, directly to Google on your own card. Ad spend is separate from our fee, and we never front it.

Am I locked in?

Billed monthly, no long-term contract. Cancel from your dashboard; it takes effect at the end of your billing period, and you keep access until then. You keep every account we touched.

What does the setup fee cover?

Done-for-you only. It covers the account review, the first version of your site content and the access setup. It is not a fee for a login you already have. Self-serve has no setup fee.

How long until I see changes?

We start once access is confirmed. Every review is answered within 2 business days once agency@axongrowth.ai has Manager access on your profile. Rankings, ad approval and results are up to Google and your market, and nobody can promise them. Your monthly note shows what changed.
